Why therapy?
Beginning therapy takes courage. Therapy is a method of self-exploration that can improve communication, increase confidence, lead to personal growth, and increase satisfaction of relationships.

Improve your relationships
While couples counseling is great way to improve your relatiotship, people who have not tried individual therapy are highly encouraged to start with individual therapy. In sessions, clients will increase self-awarenes, learn how to regulate their system, and identify the issues they need to work on.

What to expect?
In our sessions we will create a contained to safely explore and process emotions, functional, and relational struggles. We will your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to identify patterns that are not working and replace them with healthy adaptive behaviors.
